Payments
All payments for online orders are processed via Payfast. When ordering you will be directed onto the Payfast secure system and will return to this site after payment. Please view payfast.co.za for more information. Please allow 2-4 days for payment to clear.
Shipping
Orders will be delivered between 1-4 working days once payment has cleared. Please make sure to add any special notes when processing your order online. You can contact us at tanya@discountbeds.co.za for any questions about your order.
You will be notified of shipping by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Returns
Most of our products carry a warranty which means that it will be repaired if defective within the warranty period. Warranty claims can be made using the contact details listed below.
Discount Beds will exchange, or refund items purchased based on the following scenarios;
- The items are damaged in shipping
- The items do not arrive
- The product is defective
- The incorrect item/quantities arrive
You will need to notify us of your intention to return an item within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. We cannot honour any notices after this period. (Warranty claims can be made at any time during the warranty period)
We will exchange items pending the return and inspection of the original item sent to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within one day of receiving the returned item to our store in Paarl.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
There is a collection and delivery fee that will apply for returns.
